To publish an article, first create an account. Its free and simple and takes only a minute or two. While you are creating an account, please go ahead and setup a user profile as this will link to your "author" tag on your submissions and will become your social network profile as well.

Once you've created an account, click the Submit Content link on the far right of the menu bar and fill in the blanks. Copy and paste works well for this. Be sure to check out the help article How to Submit and Format Articles for help to make your articles look stylish.
