Mr. Neukom's primary initiative as president of the ABA is the World Justice Project. It is building a broad and diverse constituency that is advancing the rule of law as a foundation for thriving communities. The Project has developed a Rule of Law Index, which will assess countries’ adherence to the rule of law and identify areas where a country’s rule of law is weak so that it may best utilize scarce resources. Mr. Neukom is not a member of Legal Trends Network. He is honored here for the great work he has done on the World Justice Project and his commitment to the establishment of the Rule of Law worldwide.
