I am a professionally trained civil trial paralegal in retirement. For the past 12 years, I have been a self employed designer and specializing in advertising and branding for lawyers and law firms. I am the former administrator to a highly recognized North Carolina Bar Association, where I served as designer and editor of an award winning legal newsletter, CLE, fund-raising and event coordinator. Samples of my work are available at my design studio site located at http://www.ginadrew.com.

I am passionate about lawyer well-being, most especially as that concept relates to the potential for a better world. Promotion of modalities like restorative justice and alternative dispute resolution practices that leave participants whole and fully aware of their responsibility in any given conflict, as well as its resolution, seems foundational to creating a worldwide social justice system that considers every individual. It is my goal to promote legal professionals as peacemakers and leaders and to inspire works in the fields of social justice and criminal reform through information available in this forum.

In addition to Legal Trends Network, we are currently working to develop an online software project for lawyers and court systems that will allow, in pertinent part, for electronic appearances by lawyers and parties in administrative, non-substantive hearings.
