Milwaukee Man Charged with Murder and Dismemberment of College Student

19-Year-Old Sade Robinson Allegedly Killed After Date

A Milwaukee man, Maxwell Anderson, 33, has been charged with the murder and dismemberment of 19-year-old Sade Robinson, a college student, according to court documents. Robinson’s disappearance and the horrific details surrounding her death have shaken the community.

Excited for a Date, Never Comes Home

Robinson, a criminal justice student at Milwaukee Area Technical College, vanished on April 1st after what appeared to be a joyous night out. She reportedly told an apartment building employee how excited she was for a date with Anderson. Text messages revealed she expressed a craving for seafood before meeting him.

Grisly Discovery and Search for Answers

A police welfare check at Robinson’s residence yielded no sign of her. However, on April 3rd, Robinson’s car, a 2020 Honda Civic, was found burned in a North Milwaukee neighborhood. The remains of clothing matching her date night outfit were found inside the charred vehicle.

This discovery was followed by a series of unsettling developments:

A human leg, severed with a saw, was found on a Lake Michigan beach park with DNA confirmation linking it to Robinson.
Days later, a foot and additional human remains were discovered near the location where Robinson’s car was abandoned.

Surveillance Footage and Witness Accounts Lead to Arrest

Anderson’s arrest on April 4th stemmed from surveillance footage and witness statements. The evidence linked him to the date night with Robinson and subsequent attempts to conceal her remains.

Phone data revealed Robinson’s phone pinging in various locations throughout the night after the date, with the signal ultimately dying near the beach park where her leg was found. Park footage showed a car matching Robinson’s and a figure repeatedly walking between the vehicle and the water. Hours later, the burned car was located, and Anderson was seen leaving the area by bus. The search for Robinson’s remaining body parts continues.

Anderson is currently facing charges of first-degree homicide, mutilating a corpse, and arson. As the investigation proceeds, the focus remains on finding justice for Sade Robinson.
